الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
افتح التطبيق → الملف الشخصي → حذف حسابي → أكّد. يبدأ الحذف فوراً.
طلب الحذف من خارج التطبيق
إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل بريداً إلى support@taakad.app من عنوان البريد نفسه المسجّل به حسابك بعنوان «حذف حسابي». لا نطلب أبداً كلمة مرور أو بطاقة دفع أو إيصالاً أو أي رمز — ولا تُرسلها. قد نطلب معلومة محدودة للتحقق من أنك صاحب الحساب وحمايةً من طلبات الحذف الكيدية.
ماذا يُحذف؟
حساب الدخول وبياناته، واشتراكاتك المسجلة لدينا، وسجل فحوصات أجهزة حسابك، وموافقات التنبيهات ورموز الإشعارات لتلك الأجهزة (تتوقف التنبيهات حتى تفعّلها مجدداً)، وتُحذف قائمة حماية هوية المتصل من جهازك.
ما الذي قد يبقى؟
بقدر ما يلزم فقط: بصمات الإيصالات ومعرّفات المعاملات (منع الاحتيال وإعادة استخدام الإيصالات والالتزامات الضريبية/المحاسبية) مفصولةً عن هويتك، وسجلات أمنية، ونسخ احتياطية معزولة حتى انتهاء دورتها، وسجل جهاز غير مرتبط بهوية يُستخدم لحدود الاستخدام ويُحذف آلياً بعد 90 يوماً من آخر استخدام كحد أقصى.
المدة
يبدأ الحذف فوراً ويكتمل من الأنظمة النشطة خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
⚠️ اشتراك المتجر
حذف حساب تأكّد لا يلغي اشتراك Apple أو Google تلقائياً. ألغِ التجديد من حساب المتجر: iOS: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات · أندرويد: متجر Play ← الملف الشخصي ← الاشتراكات.
Delete your TAAKAD account

Delete in the app (fastest)
Open the app → Profile → Delete my account → confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email support@taakad.app from the same email address your account is registered with, subject "Delete my account". We never ask for a password, payment card, receipt, or token — do not send them. We may ask for limited information to verify you own the account and to prevent abusive deletion requests.
What is deleted
The sign-in account and its data, your subscriptions recorded with us, the check history of your account's devices, and those devices' alert consents and push tokens (notifications stop until you opt in again). The Caller ID protection list is removed from your device.
What may remain
Only what is genuinely required: receipt fingerprints and transaction identifiers (fraud and receipt-replay prevention, tax/accounting obligations) detached from your identity, security records, isolated backups until their cycle expires, and an identity-unlinked device record used for usage limits, automatically deleted after at most 90 days from last use.
Timing
Deletion starts immediately and completes from active systems within 30 days at most.
⚠️ Store subscription
Deleting your TAAKAD account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel renewal in your store account: iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions · Android: Play Store → profile → Subscriptions.
