تأكّد (TAAKAD) خدمة مجانية للتحقق من الرسائل المشبوهة والأخبار. يمكنك إرسال نص أو رابط أو صورة، ونقدّم لك تقييمًا فوريًا: آمن، مشبوه، احتيال، أو موثّق. صُمّمت الخدمة مع احترام كامل لخصوصيتك.
1. Overview
TAAKAD is a free service that helps you check suspicious messages and verify news. You can submit text, a link, or an image, and receive an instant verdict: Safe, Suspicious, Scam, or Verified. The service is designed with your privacy as a first principle.
٢. ما الذي نعالجه
عند استخدام تأكّد عبر الموقع، واتساب، أو إضافة المتصفح، نستقبل النص أو الرابط أو الصورة التي ترسلها فقط لغرض التحليل الفوري وإرجاع النتيجة. لا نطلب اسمك أو معلوماتك الشخصية.
2. What we process
When you use TAAKAD via the website, WhatsApp, or the browser extension, we receive only the text, link, or image you submit — solely to analyze it and return a verdict. We do not ask for your name or personal information.
٣. لا تخزين للمحتوى
المحتوى الذي ترسله (نصوص، روابط، صور) يُعالَج بشكل عابر (transient) في الذاكرة أثناء التحليل ثم يُحذف فور إرجاع النتيجة. لا نحتفظ بنسخ من رسائلك أو صورك أو روابطك، ولا نبنيها في قواعد بيانات، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج.
3. No content storage
The content you submit (text, links, images) is processed transiently in memory during analysis and discarded as soon as the verdict is returned. We do NOT retain copies of your messages, images, or links, do not build them into databases, and do not use them to train models.
٤. لا حسابات، لا تتبّع للمحتوى
لا تحتاج إلى تسجيل حساب لاستخدام تأكّد. لا نتتبّع محتوى رسائلك، ولا نربطها بهويتك، ولا نبيع أو نشارك أي بيانات مع مُعلنين.
4. No accounts, no content tracking
You do not need an account to use TAAKAD. We do not track the content of your messages, do not link submissions to your identity, and do not sell or share any data with advertisers.
٥. عدّادات استخدام مجهولة الهوية
نحتفظ فقط بعدّادات إجمالية مجهولة الهوية لأغراض التشغيل والتحسين: العدد الكلي لعمليات الفحص، وأنواع الأحكام (آمن / مشبوه / احتيال / موثّق). هذه العدّادات لا تحتوي على نص رسالتك ولا تُمكّن من التعرّف عليك.
5. Anonymous usage counters
We keep only aggregate, anonymous counters for operations and improvement: total number of checks and counts by verdict type (Safe / Suspicious / Scam / Verified). These counters contain no message content and cannot identify you.
٥أ. تنبيهات اختيارية (بموافقتك فقط)
بعد أول عملية فحص، قد نسألك مرة واحدة فقط إن كنت ترغب في تلقّي تنبيهات عند اكتشاف عملية احتيال أو خبر مفبرك جديد. إذا اخترت "نعم"، نحفظ رقم هاتفك وتاريخ موافقتك لهذا الغرض وحده. لا نحفظ الرقم إن اخترت "لا" أو تجاهلت السؤال. لا نستخدم رقمك للتسويق، ولا نبيعه أو نشاركه مع أي طرف ثالث. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت بإرسال كلمة "إلغاء" عبر واتساب، وعندها نوقف التنبيهات ونحذف رقمك من قائمة التنبيهات.
5a. Optional alerts (only with your consent)
After your first check, we may ask you once whether you would like to receive alerts when we detect a new scam or fake news story. If you choose "Yes", we store your phone number and the timestamp of your consent for that purpose only. We do not store your phone number if you choose "No" or ignore the question. We never use your number for marketing, and never sell or share it with any third party. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp, after which we stop the alerts and delete your number from the alert list.
٦. أطراف ثالثة
قد نستخدم مزوّدي بنية تحتية (استضافة، نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي للتحليل) لمعالجة طلبك لحظيًا. هؤلاء المزوّدون مُلزمون بعدم تخزين محتواك بعد إرجاع النتيجة. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف تسويقية أو تحليلية سلوكية.
6. Third parties
We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, AI analysis models) to process your request in real time. Those providers are bound not to retain your content after the verdict is returned. We do not share your data with marketing or behavioral-analytics parties.
٦أ. التحقق الأمني من الزوار
نستخدم Cloudflare Turnstile للتحقق الأمني الصامت من الزوار، وفق ملحق خصوصية Turnstile من Cloudflare.
6a. Silent visitor security verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for silent visitor security verification, subject to Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
٧. الأطفال
الخدمة موجّهة للبالغين ولكل من يريد حماية عائلته. لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من أطفال دون سن 13.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults and anyone wishing to protect their family. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
٨. حقوقك
لا نحتفظ بمحتوى رسائلك ولا نربطها بك. الاستثناء الوحيد هو رقم هاتفك إذا وافقت صراحة على تلقّي التنبيهات (البند ٥أ) — وفي هذه الحالة يمكنك سحب موافقتك وحذف رقمك في أي لحظة بإرسال كلمة "إلغاء" عبر واتساب، أو بمراسلتنا مباشرة.
8. Your rights
We do not retain the content of your messages or link it to you. The only exception is your phone number if you explicitly consented to receive alerts (section 5a) — in that case you can withdraw consent and have your number deleted at any moment by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.
